Our self-service laundromat facilities are provided for personal laundry use only. Users agree to:

• Use equipment properly and follow all posted instructions
• Supervise their laundry at all times
• Remove items promptly upon completion of cycles
• Report any equipment malfunctions to staff immediately
• Maintain a clean and respectful environment for all users

3. Payment and Pricing

All services must be paid for in advance using the payment methods available at our facility. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds are provided only in cases of equipment malfunction as determined by management.

4. Liability

The Royal Laundry Lounge is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items or laundry. Users are responsible for their belongings at all times. We recommend not leaving valuables unattended.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being washed in our facilities:

• Items contaminated with flammable or toxic substances
• Items soiled with bodily fluids or hazardous materials
• Pet bedding with excessive pet hair or contamination
• Any items that may damage equipment or pose health risks

6. Code of Conduct

All users must maintain respectful behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual who:

• Engages in disruptive or threatening behavior
• Damages or misuses equipment
• Violates health and safety regulations
• Interferes with other customers' use of facilities

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our facility may be monitored by security cameras for safety purposes. Personal information collected during transactions is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
